Over the past months, I have been busy talking about Dyson wireless clones like Dibea C17, C6, Hoover React, Shark ION Rocket etc.
Here’s another one, this time from the Procenic P8. What makes this 2-in-1 stick broom special?
Before I answer, what I like to do with Dyson-clones is assemble them. What I mean by Dyson-clone is that it has the same design – heavy on top with interchangeable tools and a removable wand.
The first layer will be big brands like Hoover Fusion, Shark IONFlexAnd the like. These brands are cheaper than Dyson V8 It still costs over $170.
The next level is the cheaper options with very good quality The cost is under $170. These include brands such as Dibea, Rollibot, and Proscenic.
In this review, we will talk about Prosonic P8 . Cordless 2 in 1 Vacuum Cleaner. In terms of features and appearance, it is almost similar to Dibia C 17 But with better tools and overall optimization.
Quick look at the features
- 2-in-1 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Converts From Handheld Vacuum Cleaner
- Without the main floor tool and extension wand, it weighs only 4.5 pounds
- Removable Li-ion battery with a capacity of 2,200 mAh, working time between 20 and 30 minutes
- The whole body of the vacuum cleaner is washable so it is very easy to clean
- Comes with a wall mount for easy storage
- Comes with 4 extra tools plus the extension wand – soft dusting brush, multi-angle brush, crevice cleaning for fine hair, and motorized main head
- Compatible with 100-240V outlets
- finger controls
- 1 year warranty
- A cheaper option than a Dyson V6 or V8 – Easily cheaper over $100
- Better Kit than Dibea C17 of F6
- The removable battery means that this battery will last longer in terms of service life
- Ease of emptying the container
- Very decent running time of 30 minutes
- Carpets will not be deeply cleaned
- The motorized brush does not reach the edges of the cleaning tool, so cleaning the edges is not as good as a brush Dyson
- Cyclonic filtration is not very good which means you will have to clean the filter often
- No HEPA filtration after the motor
What do you expect from the Proscenic P8 Stick?
This vacuum, in my opinion, is similar to the Dibea C17 with a few exceptions. Both have the same trigger mechanism and cyclonic molding on top of the dirt box.
And if you look at the floor tool – they are quite similar. It uses the same red and blue soft-bristled brush and has the same sliding lock mechanism. The only difference between the cleaning heads will be the color scheme.
Watch this video from Tech Walls to see what’s in the box and what tools you’ll get inside the box?
Aside from the main cleaning head, you also get a soft, flexible dusting brush, a crevice/brush combo tool, and a solid multi-angle brush tool for cleaning pet hair off the upholstery.
All of these tools are great for cleaning different parts of your home. The main cleaning head is obviously great for cleaning floors – carpets and bare floors.
The round bristles tool works great for cleaning small spaces like bookshelves or keyboards.
Narrow set (slit and brush) works great in tight spaces between sofa cushions or between car seats.
The bristle tool is handy when brushing pet hair on the fabric.
The Proscenic also comes with a stand where you can store tools and a wall mount for storing your vacuum cleaner.
Versatile capacity from floor to ceiling
Such as Dyson V8, V6, Dibea C17, F6, Hoover IONFlex, ion missilethat’s 2 in 1 vacuum stick It has the ability to clean not only floors but other parts of your home as well.
With a removable wand and interchangeable tools, you can clean any part of your home.
The biggest difference between a brand like Proscenic and something more refined like Shark or Dyson will be the improvement of the tools.
Don’t expect this cyclonic filtration to be as good as the Dyson. Honestly, nothing comes close.
Without the wand and floor tool, the portable part of this broom weighs just 4.5 pounds.
Add the floor tool and stick, and the weight increases to 6 pounds more or less.
If you have a multi-level home, this is a great tool for cleaning different areas without having to pull a heavy pole.
Easy emptying of the dustbin
Like all 2-in-1 vacuum cleaners that have Dyson wireless Striped, the basket of this vacuum cleaner has a bottom-opening trap door design. It is designed with the idea of dirt falling through gravity when opened.
What I like about the Proscenic design is that the baffle in the middle of the box keeps dirt at the bottom. Unlike the Dyson where dust seeps through the filter area, Proscenic doesn’t appear to have these issues.
One feature I like is the removable battery which gives you the option to replace it if it gets worse.
You can also buy an extra battery if you need to extend the runtime but the battery must be connected to the vacuum cleaner to charge it.
Shark ION Rocket only allows you to charge the battery on or from the vacuum cleaner.
Washable and recyclable box and body
Proscenic says that the vacuum body (except for the motor – where the trigger is located) and the container are washable. This makes it easy to deep clean these parts if you need to. But make sure it is completely dry before you ship it.
This versatile vacuum cleaner comes with a 12-month warranty.
In terms of suction, the Proscenic P8 has enough of it to clean bare floors like tiles or solid wood. I think it will have the same performance as the Dibea C17 so expect a capable floor cleaning tool.
However, cleaning the edges will not be good because the brush roller does not extend to the edges.
You’ll also struggle a bit on big piles of dirt – that’s what separates the Dyson V8 and Shark IONFlex Thanks to the soft cylinder head.
Even with soft bristles, Proscenic P8 can clean surface dirt on carpets. But don’t expect this to deep clean. It will only be able to clean on low-pile carpets.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use this on a heavy pile rug because it lacks excitement and strength.
Again, you should expect a performance similar to that of the Dibea C17 and F6 which is actually quite good based on my cleaning tests.
If you look at the kit that comes with this, it is quite capable of cleaning loose dirt and dust on upholstery. But it lacks a small turbo brush that would be nice to have for cleaning pet hair on fabric upholstery.

What do consumers say
Lots of consumers have been happy with how this cordless vacuum cleaner cleans their homes. The price is a big reason to get high ratings. At just under $160, that’s significantly cheaper than the Dyson V6.
Reviews indicate that the run time is 20-30 minutes, less if you turn on the max function. One neat feature is the locking mechanism where you don’t need to hold down the trigger for power. It will put less pressure on your wrist and fingers when using it.
The tools also snap into place with a click which is good for the vacuum at this price point.
One downside is the lack of agitation which limits the effectiveness of this on low-pile carpets.
Emptying this is also easy because dirt drips out of the bin thanks to the baffle that keeps dirt at the bottom.
Where do you buy this?
The best place to buy this would be on Amazon because of the excellent after sales service and the availability of the extended warranty just in case the one-year warranty is not enough.
You also get free 2-day shipping if you take advantage of Amazon Prime (yes, even the free trial).
To wrap it up
The Proscenic P8 is a great tool if you need a multi-purpose cleaner that can clean high-traffic areas.
You won’t need to spend a lot on a Dyson or even a Shark but the performance is decent enough in homes without a high pile of carpet.
The suction is decent enough to clean surface dirt on carpets and bare floors more than enough.
Overall, this is a versatile enough product with enough tools for every part of your home and car interior.
A budget cordless vacuum cleaner option
- Work environment – 88%
- Surface cleaning – 89%
- Quality – 85%
- Design – 88%
- Values - 89%
The Proscenic P8 is a convenient cordless vacuum cleaner that won’t dazzle you in any particular area but is suitable for cleaning floors. One of my long-term concerns is the quality of the components and the availability of the battery. It has good ergonomics because it is a light product. However, it doesn’t come with as many tools as more expensive options like Shark, Dyson, and Roidmi. But you have to remember that this is a budget void, so don’t expect too much.
